Q1: Who is OMMO K-Store?

Q2. Do you accept order & deliver to xx country?
Answer: Sorry but we only accept order and deliver within Malaysia only

Q3. Does album come with poster?
Answer: Depends on availability, usually poster is available for first press only. Add RM4 for folded poster / another RM5 if you want it to be rolled in tube

Q4. Does my purchase counted in Korean chart?
Answer: YES, as we ordered directly to our supplier which is one of main distributors for official albums & merchandises in South Korea. Sales are counted in Hanteo, Gaon & Music Bank Chart. It will help your idols to win charts & awards

Q5. Do you sell their Japan released albums as well?
Answer: YES, upon request, depends on supplier's availability

Q6. Can I order kpop albums/merchandises that is not listed here?
Answer: YES. Do contact us (CLICK HERE). We'll add & update them in our website/SNS accordingly

Q7: Can I trust this kpop shop?
Answer: We're an SSM registered company - OMMO ENTERPRISE (SA0507303-V). You can always contact and lodge your report to SSM if there's any issue with your purchase. You may also read our customers' feedback (CLICK HERE) and decide yourself

Ordering

Q1: How to order?

Q2: Is it possible to cancel my order after I made the payment?
Answer: NO cancellation after payment is made. Please don't fill in the ORDER FORM if you're still surveying price and unsure whether to buy or not

Q3: So, can I cancel my order if I haven't yet made any payment?
Answer: YES, but please be reasonable. The least you can do is to inform us that you're cancelling your order (due to any reason)

Q4: Can I place my order through Whatsapp?
Answer: YES, but we still require your e-mail address as invoice order and all notifications will be sent through e-mail

Q5: Do you still accept order for this xx item?
Answer: YES, we accept order ALL YEAR LONG for all items listed in our website, unless stated *OUT OF STOCK* (which means it's already out of stock at our supplier's side)

Payment

Q1: How to make payment?

Q2: Can I get refund for my payment?
Answer: Refund will be provided to your bank account (preferably Maybank/CIMB/Bank Islam) only for OUT OF STOCK or DEFECT items. Please allow for 2-3 working days for us to process your refund. No refund if you cancel your order after making payment without valid reason

Q3: I made payment through Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) and it didn't accept RM1 & RM5 notes. How?
Answer: Balance will be provided if you made payment through CDM. Currently there are many CDM which accept RM1 & RM5 notes. You may check your bank website for details

Q4: Do I need to pay additional cost if my item got detained by Malaysian customs?
Answer: YES. We will cover the first 15% of tax amount and other handling/transportation cost. The remaining amount (85%) shall be borne by customers

Q5: Is there other additional cost?
Answer: In the event of supplier charge the actual weight of the parcel, we will cover the first 15% of additional EMS fees. The remaining amount (85%) shall be borne by customers

Q6: How to bank in? Can I have your account number?
Answer: Payment details (including our bank account number, bank name, account holder name, total amount etc) will be sent to you in order invoice e-mail AFTER we received your order form

Q7: Which bank are you using?
Answer: We're using Maybank/CIMB/Bank Islam. We also accept payment through Paypal & BigPay

Shipping & Delivery

Q1: How many days do I need to wait for my item to arrive?

Q2. Which courier you use to post my items?
Answer: PosLaju

Q3: Can you inform me first before you post my item?
Answer: NO. It's customer's responsibility to provide address that will be the easiest for them to collect their item. You may provide an alternative address, as we will double check with customers with multiple address to confirm their latest address before we post the item. Do note that any unsuccessful parcel delivery will be returned to us after 5 working days and customer need to pay another postage fees for the re-delivery cost

Q4: Why I still haven't receive my item?
Answer: You can track your PosLaju parcel status through POSLAJU TRACK & TRACE SERVICE (CLICK HERE) by using tracking number that we provided to your e-mail or in our Tracking Number listing (CLICK HERE). Sometimes they failed in the first delivery attempt. Kindly check the latest status and contact PosLaju if there's any issue regarding your parcel
